Hello there, I’m happy you’ve found me!
I’m Natasha Drewnicki (Tashka), originally from Cornwall, UK and Barcelona resident since 2008. I’ve crafted a profession out of finding compelling human stories in unexpected places and communicating exciting messages to broad audiences.
I’ve worked both full-time and freelance in Journalism, advertising, content marketing and public relations for diverse companies/publications such as VICE, Atlas of the Future (Time Out), miniguide magazine, Shopikon, lecool, Adecco Way to Work, MIRUS magazine, Generator Hostels, The Design Agency, ReviewPro and IBM….but guess that’s for LinkedIn.
Whether to re-brand a tech company through sharp copy and savvy PR, launch a publicity campaign to highlight food and art in Barcelona or design a content marketing strategy from zero, I help businesses hook new leads with a friendly tone, honest branding and clever content. While I’m blowing my own trumpet, hablo español con fluidez también.
Drop me a line for a chat and we’ll start talking about your next project. Enjoy the blog! 🙂
About this blog
Barcelona is buzzing with creative professionals and awesome projects which I’ve been methodically documenting for various publications since 2008 as a writer. Sometimes I photograph them, too.
This blog comes from the need to organise what I’ve unearthed; a sort of portfolio, but more importantly, a way of introducing you to talented people doing useful things in Barcelona. There’s such a vibrant cultural scene here that it’s hard not to get excited about it.
I hope you enjoy reading this blog as much as I’ve enjoyed meeting these people. Make yourself comfortable and check it out. If an article moves you, please leave a comment and tell me why. And don’t forget to sign up for updates if you like what you see!
